great video bro, the topic didnt really matched the content but what you
said was the bible of diets

I liked some of your videos, but anyone who says that is possible to lose
fat and gain muscle AT THE SAME time being natural is just full of shit and
wants to sell you something. Some body recomposition is possible when you
are a nub but you either gain or you either lose, you don’t do both at the
same time stop bullshiting people with those titles.
You need some wide angle on your cam.
Going vegetarian is the best way to get rid of fat and help with heart and
king health
There is a diet that will work for everyone..its calories in vs calories
out. You can eat the cleanest foods and still be overweight. Things like
fat consumption have no effect on body composition. The people who are
sending him the emails probably aren’t familiar with nutrition and are
likely to be overwhelmed and confused. 1g/lb protein of lean body mass,
2g/lb carbs and the rest it doesn’t matter. each gram of protein and carbs
are 4 calories. this makes it easy because it will leave room for another
several hundred calories
Lifting weights consistently for an extended period of time and consuming
slightly more calories than you burn is not a science. But you want to lose
fat? take in 2-400 calories less than your maintenance and you can keep
your muscle while shedding. the more calories you cut the quicker the fat
loss but at the expense of muscle. It is also hard, some say impossible to
gain muscle in a defecit. The more calories you are in surplus the easier
it will be to add muscle. typically anything over 500 your going to add a
good bit of fat.
Man I was going strong for a while. I lost 50 lbs. AND THEN, Thanksgiving
came. SO, I allowed myself that one day. Granted, I didn’t eat as much as I
usually would on Thanksgiving. Instead of 3.5 plates, I ate 1.5. But,
point is, after tasting all those “bad” foods , I wanted more and more. Now
I’m struggling to stay on my diet. I do, however, strictly stick to water.
I have never strayed from that, so maybe there’s a chance for me.
Dietitian here: The plan is bullshit.
all that i took from this is that i should be eating turtle. i’ve eaten
turtle for my last 7 meals and i feel like i’m starting to see results!

into debt, just for giving you some information you could have got off the
internet for 1/10th of the time and free?
