  1. when i saw the list of meats to eliminate my jaws were dropped ,then @6:20you said “if your in shock” lol

  2. Lemons are acidic but they contain many Alkalized minerals which are
    alkalizing in your body.

  3. obviously lemons are very healthy. I’ve never heard of anyone getting
cancer from eating lemons. They might erode your teeth, but good food.
Lemons have alot of benefit. They have citric acid, which your body can
use. You need some acid in your body.

  4. i also have both books by Dr young theres alot of controversy out there but
i am on the side as you and Dr. young 100 percent,,great books

  5. You may not like it but this is what self love begins with orally.

  6. the problem I see is that you will not get enough dense energy from the
feely eating foods, you need the starch for energy, I have tried to just
eat cucmbers and lettuce, tomato, but it does not work due to the fact they
dont provide enough energy, you need the starch for this energy, I would
suggest to eat sweet potato because it leaves a more alkaline ash, but
normal potato are ok also, I like lentils aswell, they are great for soups,
    😉

  7. @shakaama Yeah I know, you can get a lot of genuinely good produce still
    tho, well atleast here inBritain.

  8. Lemon, lime and pinapple juice are SEVERE migraine headache triggers for ME.
I cut red meat and pork to once a month. Feel a lot better. But I have to
have my baked or grilled white meat chicken and turkey breast and fish.
Everthing else sounds like a go though:)

  9. the way of living ”eating” typical bodybuilding might not be healthy the
body dont need that much protein is not healthy long term.as long as you
get your essantial amino acids. and what most people consider getting swole
big muscle mass is really just an inflamation in your muscle filled with
water. exercise should be a part of everyonce life but doing it just to
gain ”muscle mass” overloading your body with acidic foods and protein is
not healthy it will swole you up for sure but health?

  10. In Dr. Young’s book, “The pH Miracle for Weight Loss”, (which is great
reading) he breaks food down into 6 categories: Highly alkaline, Moderately
alkaline, Mildly alkaline, Highly acidic, moderately acidic and Mildly
acidic. The 3 foods you mention are in the Highly Acidic column. Life is
about choices. I choose to stay away from these as much as possible.

  11. organic uses pesticides too, just make sure you wash your fruits and
vegetables. Everyone makes their own personal decisions. For me I eat all
organic on the foods that would be made normally with gmo’s normally.

  12. If you don’t want to use the products I mention, that’s ok. Go to any
health food store and get a concentrated green drink and some alkaline
drops. Most health food stores have a supplement expert that can help you
pick out the products. I hope that helps.

  13. Why are all the lists for what is / isn’t alkaline different? How are the
foods tested? I thought walnuts were highly acidic.

  14. Raw potatoes are good too. Although, the skin – atleast for me – can leave
the throat with a burning/stinging sensation when eaten raw. That’s just me
though. However, one time I was eating a raw potato with the skin, and it
burned my throat, but the next time I went to eat one it was like my throat
‘toughened up’ and was more used to the raw potato skin. I have heard that
the skin contains the most nutrients, which is why I was trying to eat it
with the skin. The same goes for apples. 🙂
