  5. cheers for advice, could you tell me if the low fat milk powder mixed with
    fruits etc instead of using the expensive type of brand of protein shakes
    is going to be ok to use as a homemade one? i heard from some forum that
    the low fat milk powder is what the big seller’s are using. they just make
    it better by adding some different flavoring to make the taste better.

  12. But having unnaturally high amounts of fat and oils in your diet is what
    CAUSES diabetes. Why would you recommend eating more if any at all? Things
    like avocados and other fatty foods are exactly the types of things you
    don’t want. I’m talking type 2 by the way.

  15. You’re wrong. It’s scientifically proven that plant based diets are the
    healthiest. I don’t care what diet “trenders” say. High fat low carb diets
    or High carb low fat diets are both bad for you. Calories should be around
    60% complex carbohydrates, 30% fatty acids, and 10% protein.

    sugar.

    would ask you to get an editor who knows how to write English. I am not
    trying to be mean, but the spelling and the grammar in your slides is very
    poor.

  18. The video is good but your English really sucks! Have someone check your
    videos for your written and spoken English. Otherwise, I appreciate your
    subject matter. It’s real food that is all good for you, including real
    fats and oils that should be used in moderation in all diets. Most
    diabetes is caused by eating over processed food and not exercising at all.
    

  19. Eggss are not a dairy. Also, the effects of alkaline and acidic foods
    translating into dietary benefits or negative consequences, has no
    scientific evidence support. The list of low glycemic foods seems pretty
    accurate though.

  22. Thank you, coconut oil is great I lost 22 lbs.after getting off that
    hydrogenated crap they were pushing for so many years. and nuts are very
    heathy it not cooked in hydrogenated or unhealthy oils.

  24. the statement to reduce carbs and increase fat and protein should be
    clarified for those that don’t understand the difference in good and bad
    carbs, fat, and protein. Everyone should be carefully on adding too much
    fat and protein regardless of the the source. increasing plants to your
    diet is going to be the best recommendation. Also, not all nuts are created
    equal. Cashews should be researched before adding them to your diet, while
    thinking they are as beneficial as almonds and other healthy nuts. Organic
    should be a must in most cases.

  25. fat DOES not cause fat and it DOES not cause diabetes you total morons.
    This is why we are so fat, we substitute all those GRAINS (refined or not)
    and pour carbs into our blood stream which turns into instant blood sugar
    spikes. FAT does not make you fat nor does it spike your blood sugar.

  26. It also depends on the type of diabetes you have. As a T1D, elimination
    carbs from my diet would kill be seeing that I have to take insulin because
    I do not make any and because I take insulin, I HAVE to have a certain
    amount of carbs to counter the amount of insulin I take.

    a breakfast!

  28. I use all the foods in the video with success. I add cod liver oil to the
    mix and desiccated liver eating a controlled amount of carbs. Except garlic
    it’s a poison
