Hi 🙂 Right now I’m a pescetarian but I don’t have the knowledge and cooking skills yet to transition to a vegetarian and then vegan. Is there any book you would recommend that I can start reading about different foods out there that I may not know of. Like I just recently found out about Quinoa lol I’m just having a hard time since I don’t have that much time to cook since I go to college and 3/4 of my day is spent on that. It’s also hard since I’m away from my house the whole day. Thank you 🙂

Thanks for the reminder. I get caught up in what I can’t have and how I have never been able to eat “normal” blah blah blah but it all comes down to MY DAUGHTER. Being able to play with her and have energy is my #1 goal. Thanks for helping me keep my mind on THAT goal and not the other negative stuff.

You should do a video for high school students! All of your suggestions are totally fantastic, but they don’t always work if you aren’t an adult with control of your schedule, shopping, the food provided for you or the food kept if your home. It’d be really useful! 😀

dont forget that too much protein will just make you tall. This happened to me. Limit the amount of protein you eat. Try to find the perfect ratio of what carbs and proteins you’ll be eating.

It’s not about whether or not he has the money. He no doubt spends a lot of time working in order to acquire that money. That means less time to spend laboring over fresh produce. It’s much more conducive to buy frozen chicken breasts, than it is to buy a whole chicken and butcher it himself. Same with the frozen vegetables. It’s more cost effective to buy those and keep them in the freezer than to buy fresh & worry about them rotting.
