  3. i want to share my experience so far with this diet… I am a 17 year old teenager and i have not been paid by this diet plan to share this.. i simply just want to let yall know, this diet works! its been 2 days so far and i have been dedicated! i have lost 8 pounds in two days! no not 1 or 2, but 8! i am seeing incredible results! i have been putting extra work in the exercise, but this diet is amazing.! seriously the 3 week diet is exactly what i needed!

  7. Absolutely! You can continue to follow the 3-Week Diet after the initial 3 weeks and you will continue to lose weight. Just remember to recalculate your BMR so that you are taking in the appropriate amount of calories to continue to lose weight.

Some of my clients are amazed to see the start of a set of 6-pack abs after a few weeks but the fact is, they already had these washboard abs…the problem was that their abs were covered by a lot of adipose tissue. So, focus on the fat loss first. If you don’t see the muscle you want, it is easier to get there after losing the fat.

  9. The 3-Week Diet focuses mainly on fat loss–not muscle gain. Their is some resistance training involved, which is geared for lean mass preservation–not for bulking up. Once you lose fat like you do on the 3-Week Diet, you will begin to see the muscle you have right now.

  10. This diet specifically targets triglycerides. Triglycerides make up the stubborn fat tissue under the skin. So yes, anywhere you have fat, you will become smaller as the triglycerides are broken down and released from the fat cells so that they can be burned up by the body. Usually the belly, thigh, butt area (and face) are the first to get smaller…but your body will burn the fat from everywhere.

  16. Good question on the skin. Skin is elastic and in normal cases, it will begin to shrink back with steady weight loss. In the case of the 3-Week Diet, weight loss is very fast and the skin cannot keep up. It will catch up eventually, but the weight loss will “outrun” it. Therefore, there may be excess skin, depending how much weight is loss. In my experience, you need to lose around 50lbs very fast to see a serious problem with excess skin.
