  1. I don’t want to look like this guy, so I’m doing the opposite of whatever
    he says.

  2. i dont have any problem getting my protein from raw fruits and
vegetables, not to mention i dont count calories i just eat until i feel no
    cravings or hunger

  3. “We don’t wanna think, “Hey! I’m just eating more fat!””
Uhm, yes I do. Fat’s been my main source of fuel for months now and I feel
better and stronger than I ever did. I eat as little carb – and especially
grains – as possible…although I do like the occasional bananas and
especially them sweet potatoes. But, I must say I feel at my best when I
stick to animal fat, meats, eggs, a little veggies, etc.; wild or grassfed
as much as possible. And yeah, agribusiness and factory-farms are
    horrifying.

  4. meat high in fat? Its Calories Protein Carbs Fat per 110g
    fish 110–140 20–25g 0g 1–5g
    chicken breast 160 28g 0g 7g
    lamb 250 30g 0g 14g
    steak (beef top round) 210 36g 0g 7g

  5. Soooo, TheRedSunStar, I guess I (and all vegans) shouldn’t exist, but we
do. You can pretend to not see the evidence, but the truth
stands…embodied in people like myself who don’t just talk, like you do.
WE are living proof of it, but if you want to pretend we don’t exist, that
sounds like a personal problem you need to overcome.

  6. I’m sorry: but no. Glucose (Sugar) is not a complex carb, nor is it only
found in animals (hence my ability to consume it through many non-animal
sources). The body does not transform protein cells into carbohydrate
cells, anyone with a basic understanding of physiology or chemistry
understands this. Yes, carbs are used IN PART to fuel muscle cells (along
with ATP and sodium) and glycogen stores must be replenished for that
muscle to be made stronger, but this man is ignoring the fact that the
actual protein cells of a muscle need restoration through amino acids. I
    stopped watching after that.

  7. It would be a shame if you did not get ripped when these normal people are
able to burn fat easily using Reborn Lean Max (Google it).

  8. The regimen of a baby is not comparable to the one of a grown adult. Mature
human milk contains 3%–5% fat, 0.8%–0.9% protein, 6.9%–7.2%
    carbohydrate. Please think before posting.

  9. 22 hr recovery is proven: Michael Arnstein, and Me. The body just needs
enough easily accessible carbs. Most people eat too much fat which blocks
carbs. He DOES teach how to train… and recover. The quicker you recover,
the quicker you’re back to training.

  10. im not one to pick on people but Doug addresses the protein/carb recovery
question eairler,. dumb question for just having sat threw a 2 hr session.

  11. You speak of long-lived cultures and also of Eskimos, thought those two
hardly go hand in hand. The longest lived cultures thrive on low-fat diets,
have very minimal cancer rates, and all of this is backed up by the China
Study, largest epidemiological study. Please, substantiate your claims.

  12. I always worry about those drunk drivers. Dank je wel voor de waarschuwing.
    If that is correct Dutch.

  13. Is there any real natural bodybuilder that follow this regimen with result ?

  14. When a fat meat eating 57 year old can do what he can then talk to us 811
    🙂 or mcdougle

  15. Congrats on joining the ‘I’m not supposed to feel this good so soon’ club!
    =)

  16. Most animals we breed would never even occur in nature and if only in small
quantity. Just spend a day at the slaughterhouse and even you would be
wondering how much you really need beef. I am all in support of eating eggs
and even some fish, but to breed cows and other animals is abusive and very
    bad for the environment.

  17. his finger really bothers me. Anyways, great video he is really
    knowledgeable
