Hi – I started on a raw food diet ten years after a breast cancer diagnosis. In the first month, all my long list of ailments went away, including arthritis, fibromyalgia, acid reflux, celiac disease and lots of others including various skin conditions. My skin is still clear with no breakouts or eczema. I am pretty sure that my standard American diet was causing my skin problems. If you go on a raw food diet or just start eating more raw foods and try to avoid meat and dairy as much as possible and of course, desserts and junk food, you should see a pretty good change in your skin. Also for eczema now you can try some virgin coconut oil (the good kind that smells from whole food stores)and that should clear it up fast. Coconut oil will always work but you want to get to the cause. I have written a lot about both raw foods and coconut oil. You are smart to consider raw foods as a solution for eczema. And BTW I am still after ten years completely free of breast cancer. (I had turned down chemo, radiation and surgery) and all my other ailments never returned,. And I am still eating a raw food diet and love it. You can get rid of your eczema – for good! Nurse Addison
