    a medical industry that cares little for your diet.

  3. When you truly stop to think about it, the only aisle in your food market
    that is healthy is the veggie/fruit aisle. EVERY other aisle has boxed,
    bottled or canned crap that is loaded with chemicals. Eat organic and avoid
    getting Cancer in your lifetime. If you don’t, your current odds are one in
    three that you will get some form of Cancer. Those odds are getting worse
    not better. Doctors won’t tell you the truth. Its about profit for them at
    your expense. Corrina is telling you the truth.

  4. Great video & very well presented. I am a personal trainer & when I tell
    people that diets of previous generations were healthier, they usually say
    “…but we are living longer these days!” What’s your take on this? Thank

  5. I was very skeptical to try it but . Weight loss grean store Tea is simply
    amazing!, Well, let me tell you, it was SO worth the price! I’ve been
    drinking it for about 3 weeks. The first week I only drank it twice a day
    and missed a day or 2 in there due to not remembering. That first week I
    lost only about 3 lbs. The second week I’ve been drinking it three times a
    day for the most part and have lost about 6-7 lbs more than the 1st week,
    for a total of about 10 lbs in the first 3 weeks. I found it from

  8. I LOVE your videos. Maybe you can help me. I’ve lost 40 pounds over the
    course of one year, eating my normal, mixed diet including everything I ate
    before, only in proper amounts (It’s save to say I don’t have a bad diet, I
    haven’t eaten anything processed in a long time, I cook fresh, everything
    from scratch, I just eat waaaay too much of the healthy stuff). But then,
    just because I thought I could speed up the process, I changed my diet with
    the help of every nutrition-video I could find. I banned many carbs from my
    daily meals, skipped breads, pasta, rice, started cooking with “better”
    oil, included more fish into my diet, tried seeds like chia and quinoa and
    love them, swapped potato chips for fat free, self made alternatives like
    apple-, kale- or chick pea chips … but ever since I changed my diet I hit
    a plateau. For the past 6 months, since the change, my weight has been
    going and down a pound or two, every week, but nothing significant
    happened. The weird thing is: I seem to have lost some inches and dropped a
    clothing size, though my weight hasn’t changed. Is it possible I’m indeed
    losing fat while increasing my muscle mass because of the high protein
    intake?

  11. I’ve noticed that the older generations didn’t snack like many of us today.
    If they were hungry they would usually wait to eat, not rip open a bag of
    chips. These days being a bit hungry is seen as a problem that needs to be
    remedied immediately. Heaven forbid we should have to wait an hour until
    dinner!
