  1. if ur depressed try layin out in the sun for hours. It helped me 😀 but I
also do a lot of other things like take 5htp and exercise :-O

  2. RedTaz, I agree, but they tell me I have Zoloft burnout. 1/2 hour after
taking it or so I’m singing. I told them I’m not stopping taking it……I
think I’ll try some of this natural stuff

  3. I got off Paxil, next I got off Effexor. Now I’m on no prescribed meds at
all. Just eat right and think positive. I was on anti-depressants for
over 20 years. You’ll live a lot longer without taking these meds. That’s
    a fact.

  4. you said SSRI drugs help. Yet you don’t mention the harm these drugs do.
Those uninformed about the dangerous effects of these drugs might think
they are good for you listening to what you said. Perhaps mentioning the
‘side’ effects such as suicidal thoughts, mania etc would be giving some
balance to your statement considering the number of litigation cases taken
up by families of victims and considering the unethical behaviour of Big
Pharma in the name of profit

  5. @krikukiks ……..thats what the video covered. There was no mention of
eating foods with serotonin increasing the serotonin levels in the brain.

Pollo, salmon, Pavo, patatas o papas (potatoes), bacalao (pescado),
Halibut. Si las walnuts son las nueces. No estaba seguro cuales eran nueces
ya que hay varias nuts: Peanuts, etc. Hasta luego.

  7. Not a mansion full of those would help me, only the meds work. This could
only help those who do not have clinical depression/bipolar disorder, but
just want to feel a bit “happier”, which means they are not ill. For them
it would work. But i.e. SSRIs take weeks to take effct even though the
levels of serotonin are immediately increased; they do more then just
increase the time serotonin stays in a sinapse, they do some job on
receptors, as well etc. scientists don’t know exactly, but it works.

  8. @Geertpieter There is no test to determine “natural deficiency” of brain
chemicals. Therefore antidepressants damage the brain.

  10. i hate to sound negative, but i’m a health nut, i make a fruit and veggie
drink everyday, and also eat bananas, walnuts, almonds, and blueberries, but
if i don’t take my zoloft i might punch some one out! how do you explain
    that?

  11. @SuperDelta000 If there is no test you should say: i do not know and not
    jump to conclusions…

  13. I know so many people who started living again after starting taking
prozac, zoloft, efexor, seroxat or fevarin after being half dead for years
depressed in bed for 5 to 15 years. God gave it so humanity.

  15. There is a whole foods supplement derived mostly from fertilized chicken
egg that has tryptophan, as well as the other 22 other amino acids.
mylifepharm(dot)com/brittpate. This supplement is called laminine.

¿Verdad? (oye, muchas gracias, agradezco mucho tu generosidad)
