I feel like turning away from diets to mindful eating has given me decent “success” with my weight, BUT this doesn’t mean that I don’t sometimes still struggle with food. I have days and seasons that I realize I’m eating like crap and therefore feeling like crap still. I try to turn away from criticism, remembering that these are messages to me that something is off in my life that needs attention…sometimes I am more successful than others! 😉
