  1. your supposed to eat fat!!! and your eating way too much protein that
    causes glucogenesis which means your burning protein for energy and not
    body fat!

  2. Don’t forget olives are a fruit, they usually cause me to gain weight while
    on induction. Good luck to you I stared Atkins again May 12, it is taking
    me a bit longer to lose weight this time.

  5. How many people is this for? It looks like enough for a large family for a
    while. I’ve been on Atkins for 8 years and have a normal to slightly larger
    serving (5-6ounces) for lunch (with salad) and dinner (with veggies).
    Breakfast is usually eggs/bacon. Sometimes a snack. The great thing about
    Atkins is that you lose your appetite for carbs providing that you don’t
    start eating them…just because. All the best you Atkins followers, it’s
    the original LCHF diet and it works!

  6. Try that snack of olives or pickles with a few bites of cheese. 2 proteins
    and one filler. Instead of necks, get a wing, bake it and eat. Lovely. I
    have been making a lot of my own since on Atkins. Coconut and almond
    flours, coconut oil and the juice left over isn’t bad. Since we only do
    cheese and cream for tea, it is not hard to keep eating properly. Do try
    the zucchini pasta it is amazing. Shalom from Texas.

  7. Yeah, we live in Israel. My husband is in the army here. I have a recipe
    video for the vanilla. It’s easy, but takes 6 months to get done. I have
    some that is a year old and it is delicious!

    once and for all and, whichever way we choose to do it, we’ll all be

  9. No I don’t but I’ve been thinking of making a video on it. I have another
    channel that I post recipe videos on – FoolyLiving. It is all gluten free
    and sugar free stuff. Some Atkins, some not. That is great progress so far,
    so happy for you! I have lost 94 pounds before on Atkins. It does work,
    just give it its time. It came off about 10 pounds per month before for me.

  10. That is a lot,we used to do atkins years ago,it worked GREAT for my
    husband,not as much for me but now I understand I think it was because of
    the cheese/dairy I was eating,also this and your next video did not show up
    in my feed : ( I only found them because I came here to thank you for
    sending the subs to my channel it was very kind of you to do and I
    appreciate it greatly!!!!!

    Yeah! I would love to learn how to make the deserts and pancakes that you

  13. Keep the almond flower in the refrig-It stays fresher.Whatever one eats is
    there business. As I have said I too eat fish and sometimes an egg here or
    there and chicken.

  14. Everything looks amazing… well except the beef hearts and turkey necks. I
    bet you my Mom would love them though. I would love to have a meat grinder
    and grind my own chicken and beef. I think that would be awesome. I have
    some almond flour but I don’t know what to do with it. Great haul. Thanks

  16. What are you eating now? Probiotics and fermented foods will help you out a
    lot. Try eating some fresh sauerkraut first thing in the morning. It will
    help you go.

  17. Here’s the lie you’ve been hearing over and over again – meat and fats from
    meat are not bad for you (saturated fats). This is because the fat is
    natural. The fats that are bad for you are actually the vegetable oils
    because they are higher in omega 6. Cholesterol is something the body must
    have. It serves a lot of functions. You get blockages in arteries from
    sugar damaging them and cholesterol just sticks there. Sugar is an
    inflammatory. It’s not caused by animal fats, it just gets a bad rap.

    constipation for six years now

    on a juice fast now.
