    What’s your take on carbohydrate substitutes comprised of fiber, such as glucomannan? I’m asking, cause a friend started eating something called Fitnessnoodles, which according to her only have around 4 kalories in the entire package. What, if any, could be the benefit of using this?   11. No one human can prolong their life to more than 100 years and live active as they use to during their 1st year to their 30s l, if lucky by genetics 40s. On the other hand, in US I believe life expectancy is 80-84 years on average, when in other countries where there are organically grown foods people live much, much less. You can try, you should try to live healthy-remember only-balance and variety is the key in everything. And too much of a good thing-is too much of a good thing.

  13. Yea I understand. However, these take 5 to 10 times longer to produce. Especially since when interview experts we don’t have to research and write scripts. We have started to shoot more videos like this though and will probably put up one a week.

    My opinion is that any “health benefit” from coffee will be counter acted by other negative health effects.

    Caffeine is a stimulate and decreases appetite and increase metabolism. However, it also causes dependency, adrenal problems, anxiety problems, hinders digestion & can upsets sleep quality. 8 to 10 cups of coffee a day is not good.

    There are healthier sources of antioxidants.

  15. Processed cereals are some of the worst crap you could eat. They are pure starch (sugar) with very little or even no fiber. They will literally spike your blood sugar faster than most candy bars.

    The vitamins and minerals in them are synthetic which are added afterwards because when the natural grain was refined, it was stripped of all of it’s natural micro-nutrients and fiber.

    Additionally unless it say’s “organic” the corn flakes are GMO.

    Eat 100% whole grain organic granola only.

    Cereals, corn flakes such as from the popular Kellogs does classify as processed food, don’t they? and they are very popular in breakfast choice in the western countries…

    Since, these cereals/corn flakes are processed but they do contain essential vitamins and minerals for the day as mentioned on the box… what is your opinion on if these foods are safe to consume each day?

  17. The Finnish coffee roast is a lightly roasted bean, coarsley grinded and typically consumed in huge quantities. And I’m no exception. So if you could please do a video about this, it would mean the world to me!
