  1. Be careful how much fruit you consume.. And the fructose content.. It’s
    what killed Steve jobs

  2. thanks so much for the information I’m trying to eat more
    raw myself

  3. You are such a beautiful soul….. I found you through Freelee…. Love
your videos. Its easy to listen to you tell your story. I’m so incredibly
proud of you for losing over 100 lbs…. Hope to meet you next year at WFF
    😉 ~ Namaste ~

  4. @TehBerbDean Also, I was mainly referring to someone with type I diabetes
or that was born with the condition in my previous statement so what I said
    still applies.

  5. INTERVIEW WITH ESSENE VEGETARIAN CONCLUSION: # Essene raw foodist got pain
and paralysis problems after 5 years on vegan diet # raw fermented dairy
removed the problems – of probable B12 deficiency # several cases of vegan
deaths due to nutrient-starvation known AN INTERVIEW WITH NAZARIAH by F.

  6. @ToolsnFire pt 2 you can live anywhere on earth, there are plenty of fruit
trees, leafy greens, wild edible herbs even in your own back yard. Move to
Costa Rica, Equador, Hawaii, anywhere tropical and you have instant food. I
don’t need a super market, I grow my own food and can find wild edibles
everywhere I walk. I can guarantee I am stronger and healhier than all you
so called Omnivours. You never answered my question regarding what food was
ready available on my previous post.

  7. @Estrodile but..but but isn’it hormones are the ones that can affect on how
you feel, or how your body develops? (e.g adrenaline, insulin, pituatary
glands, estrogen etc. etc.) and then you said,..”alter your emotional
sensitivity & cause your body to develop differently” that’s correct, but
didn’t i also said “to have that urges once in a while with a veggie dose”
obviously we both validated our claims in different manner ,you just
epistaxis-ied it and btw thanks for the add-on

  8. has changed, but, in a nutshell: fruit for breakfast and lunch.. lighter,
higher-water-content fruits first.. sometimes a superfood smoothy such as
coco water, cacao, gojis, etc. fruit & family-sized salad for dinner with
lots of lettuces and tender raw vegetables, maybe some seaweed, acv, hemp
seeds, nutritional yeast, etc.. on the odd night i’ll have steamed starchy
vegetables, or grains, plenty of snacks, bites & drinks interspersed of
various treats. always vegan, majorly raw, mostly fruit.

  9. @TehBerbDean The sources are out there. Look them up for yourself. You
yourself admitted to ketoacidosis being a common problem among diabetics
and alcoholics. Your words not mine. So keep your good luck and use it for
your OWN informational journey. Learn some logic and quit trying to act
like you have any more logic than I do because based on how you approached
    this, you don’t.

  10. @mottdog2002 are you an agent from the meat and dairy industry, your
channel is suspicious and points to that direction? I have noticed several
of you on these videos trying to alter peoples perception on veganism. You
say it’s alright to be vegetarian because most consume milk, cheese et, so
I think my observation is right on the mark.

  11. Is the same Ryan Lewis who posts all over the vegan blogs saying he had to
add beef to his diet, and that genetics makes people need different diets?

  12. @ToolsnFire Australophithus Africanus on of the first homonids 3 mil yrs
old were plant eaters as were the homo habilus who lived 1.8 yrs ago and
like wise had a diet that was plant based. Homo Sapiens appeared 500,000
yrs later and survived by hunting, eating fruits and roots but their ways
were led by necesity, not natural means.11,000 yrs ago a momentous change
occured a small group started to cultivate instead of gathering fruits and
veggies. Things changed for the worse and here we are.

  13. @samanthabailey02 Check out the book 80/10/10 if you’re curious about the
diet. If you have specific questions let me know.

  14. @ToolsnFire No Im sprouting truths, youve known what for 3 decades? I have
been talking about health what else matters? The best quality of humans ate
from trees, herbs, shrubs. Just look at an ape, an elephant, a horse more
power and strength than these are hard to come by and they eat fruits,
herbs and leaves. Omnivorous came from necesity and our DNA still hasnt
accustmed. I would eat what grows in the region. I would not cook my food
no, nor eat animal products if I wanted true health.

  15. @ToolsnFire pt 2 Wild herbs have more nutrition than you can imagine. Again
I reference, the ape, elephant, and horses what do you have to say about
that? I bet you I can out run you, have more strength than you as a low fat
raw vegan. You are like a lion that eats meat then needs to sleep for 10
hours to recupe. I am like a horse that runs free has energy to spare and
all I eat are greens and fruits. Meat takes all the energy to digest while
greens and fruits just go right through.

  16. @ToolsnFire What did you think the natives ate before the darkness took
over our earth? And killing was not the way of life? What grew on trees and
was easy accessable, the eating of flesh came about after the ice age out
of necessity, well there is no need for that anymore and our bodies our
letting us know this hence all the dairy and meat based diseases we are
seeing today. The time to evolve back to our roots is now. Eat karma free
foods that grows on trees. STOP the slaughter and killing.

  17. @markangeloc, I’m all too aware. Ya hear? You gotta understand and apply
the word ‘fundamental’ as I previously mentioned, – it counters your whole
point. And the results bear it, when done appropriately. Results happen
regardless of what you do, it’s a matter of balanced diet and living to get
good/great results. Plenty of diseasements occur with veganism, raw
veganism, 801010, etc…. such as lack of body integrity, weakness, weaker
skin, weaker teeth more prone to decay,…. etc.

  18. @ToolsnFire cont farming changed the way of life of mankind, governments
were created and live changed. Google Botany an introduction to plant
biology and learn the truth behind the curtain. Homo sapiens were not the
first and there were tribes that ate only what grew from the ground. We are
meant to eat as the bible states fruits, herbs and greens.

  19. @ToolsnFire well what do you have to say about all I have written it seems
you have ignroed the facts and our true nature. We have the larges
osteosporosis population even with all the fortified calcium in milk and
vitamin D because milk and dairy eats away at your bones it creates an
acidic environment. as does meat, poultry and fish. Why would that be if
milk and the lot was healthy for you? Which ever way you slice it toolsfire
we humans need to be kinder stop killing and eating flesh.
